I’ve not kept up with the blog so well this year, but as the end of the year draws closer I start thinking about putting together a collection of images from the year as a summary post of what we do at Luna and some of my personal favourite moments from the year. This year we shot approximately 220,000 images – trust me my photo-mechanic finger can vouch for all the taps! Choosing less than 150 images from all of these frames is a daunting task. This year, I initially decided to keep it simple and only choose the images I really loved – sounds simple right? Not so! This in some ways made it harder. Sometimes my favourite images aren’t my ‘best’ images, and probably vice-versa, so where do I go from there? Truth is, we’ve adored the people we’ve worked with this year, and I’ve taken photos I’ve loved which aren’t in this collection, and no doubt whilst curating I’ve missed out some favourites, too.

As I sit here typing, I can feel my heart-strings tugging away, pleading to check ‘just one more time’ just incase I missed something ultra special….. over-thinking..? Never!

Anyway, here are some of the beautiful, silly, romantic and maybe even slightly weird images I’ve taken this year and loved. I hope you enjoy looking through them.

I’ve interspersed the gallery with a couple of images I took at the beginning of the year during some time spent in New Zealand – at some point I’ll put a blogpost together with the rest!
