Two days after Ateeka and Raheel’s Thornton Manor wedding, we were delighted to return for the Walima. Being able to document both the bride and groom getting ready together is something we very rarely get to do, and with the wonderful light Thornton Manor provides us with, we were happy photographers. The whole day was relaxed with emphasis on fun, food and the coming together of families. We enjoyed a portrait session with Ateeka and Raheel exploring the grounds before their arrival into the Walled Garden for their Walima, such a stunning venue, I think we could have spent hours wondering around, especially with such a natural and relaxed couple who with their constant smiles and wonderful connection made it easy! Ateeka and Raheel were welcomed into the marquee by dancers, and had a Photo Booth later on to entertain their guests as well as quite possibly the most impressive desserts station we have ever encountered!
I waffled enough on the last post – so all thats left is to enjoy the photos!
